In 2024 KUTC launched an incubator accelerator and innovation center under the name Innovactory! 

KUTC with all its facilities, is an incubator, accelerator, and an entity that nurtures businesses from idea generation to startups, helping them to establish and accelerate their growth and success. Through the use of laboratories, workshops, studios, and the provision of special office spaces to launch from within the college, and through various programmes conducted by experts to provide comprehensive and high-quality support and guidance to college students and entrepreneurs, ensuring that they are steadily on the path to success.
